The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Korea was officially opened yesterday afternoon after Mr. Tosaporn Tephabutra was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Korea in Phuket. The consulate is located on Vichitsongkram Road near Surakul stadium. The presentation of the appointment was given by the Korean Ambassador to Thailand and witnessed by Phuket Vice Governor Tri Akkaradecha who congratulated the new honorary consul and voiced his confidence that Mr. Tosaporn would bring about bilateral cooperation in many positive ways.
